Could you take on an iconic walk before the end of the year?

We’d love for you, your family and friends to join Team ABOB on an iconic Walk For Community.

Whether you complete it around your garden or on the streets, do it all in one go or a mile a day, all that matters is that you reach the (virtual) finish line.

You could take part until the end of the year on a date that suits you. What’s more, you’ll know that every step will help to ensure that some of our most disadvantaged young men caught up in crime are supported to become better people, better neighbours and better fathers.

Iconic Walks

As we continue learning to live in extraordinarily turbulent times, create some space for yourself to make better sense of it all by #WalkingForCommunity.

Whether it be time for exercise or a way to connect with the planet and the people who matter to you, we’ve got a whole array of iconic walks to inspire and nourish you.

With walks ranging from 1-630 miles long, there’s something for everyone!

Virtual Walk

Complete the walk virtually if doing the walks for real isn’t possible. We’ve teamed up with Strava to give you the option to track your progress with your smart device.

Create a team

Walking with others is a fun way to complete your walk and allows you to combine your distances – this might appeal to you if you fancy doing one of the longer walks.

Create your own walk

If you favour a particular walk that holds meaning for you and you don’t see it here then feel free to create your own and share it with us.

As a charity, we continue to feel the full impact of Covid-19 and need your support more than ever. Please help our frontline care team help more patients and their families by asking your friends and family to sponsor you while you stay fit and healthy, too.

Create your very own fundraising page and share it across your social media. We’d love to see your photos and remember to tag them with #WalkingForCommunity.

It’s also an excellent way for you to choose which Abandofbrothers community you would like your fundraising to benefit.
