Becoming a major donor to abandofbrothers is a unique and rewarding opportunity to support troubled young men build successful lives

We believe that no young man should be written off by society.

abandofbrothers has provided vital services in communities for over 10 years, but communities are facing new challenges and more young men need our help every day. By working together, we can achieve transformational change for young men and communities who come to us for support.

Significant gifts to abandofbrothers not only allow us to support young men now but allow us to plan ahead, so no matter what challenges the future holds, we can continue to be there.

We build long-term relationships with exceptional individuals and families, helping them direct their wealth, skills and influence to make a lasting impact.

Impact and reporting

Abandofbrothers is committed to:

  • Collecting data about the work we do and use it to measure our impact
  • Reporting openly and honestly about the funding we receive and tailor regular updates to meet the interests and objectives of each supporter
  • Sharing the stories of young men, families and volunteer mentors to demonstrate the difference donations make to the lives of hundreds of troubled young men and communities across the UK.

Part of the programme involves having a mentor. My mentor was a guy called Robin who’s a Carpenter in Brighton. Robin met up with me every week and seemed really interested in what I wanted to do with my life and helped me to get clearer on what that was. Around the same time, one of the other mentors called Andrew also gave me some work experience as a Gardner.

Events and community project visits

Major supporters are invited to exclusive events where they can connect with other like-minded supporters and our leadership team who are leaders in the field of mentoring and what it takes to be a man in current times.

We are passionate about the work we do and proud to show our supporters the real difference they are making in communities every day, inviting major supporters to visit our community projects to hear directly from young men, families and volunteer mentors.
